The ESS methodology is based on the probability sampling of a country's population aged 15+ and collecting data using a personal interview method. National methodologies differ slightly concerning population and available sampling frame. There was no survey in 2006–2007. In 2024, data collection was carried out using an online and paper questionnaire. |
