Definition |
The share of households that spend more than 40% of their net disposable income on housing and the share of households living in rented housing that spend more than 40% of their net disposable income on housing, of all households, is based on the Czech indicator EXPENDITURE (= "basic" housing costs, which do not include mortgage interest).
Share of people living in households with a high burden of housing costs (according to the EU methodology) and share of people living in households living in rental apartments with a high burden housing costs) is based on the EU methodology. |
