Definition |
Web sales cover orders, bookings and reservations placed by enterprises' customers via enterprises' websites or apps (e. g. online stores (webshops), web forms, booking/reservation applications for services or apps for mobile devices or computers) or e-commerce marketplace websites or apps used by several enterprises for trading goods or services. These include platforms such as Booking.com, foodora (formerly damejidlo.cz) or partner sales via e.g. Mall.cz, Heureka Marketplace, Alza Marketplace or Facebook Marketplace. Orders written in e-mail are not counted as web sales. The payment may be done online or offline. |
