Definition |
Share of central state administration bodies that have introduced innovative solutions. An innovative solution is considered to be a new activity that has not yet been present in the given area, or a modification of an existing activity that represents a clear qualitative change for the better, assessed not only but primarily from the point of view of policy beneficiaries. An innovative solution can be of an organizational or technological nature, it can be an innovation of style and method of management or a conceptual innovation.
The indicator shows the number of innovative solutions created in public administration during the period of validity of the Concept of Client-Oriented Public Administration 2030. This indicator is part of it (indicator 2.5.2). |
